Policy

Refund Policy:

You may return any unopened product (in its original condition) within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price (excluding shipping fees). If an item arrives damaged, please provide photo proof on the day of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the return is processed. Please note that Petchews does not cover return shipping costs. However, you are free to use any return shipping method that is most convenient for you.

Exchange Policy:

At this time, Petchews does not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.

Order Cancellation:

We understand that plans can change, and in some cases, order cancellations may be possible. However, since we aim to process and ship orders the same day they’re placed, your order may already be in progress.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you’re welcome to request a return once your order has been delivered.

Shipping Policy:

Petchews ships to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. A valid street address is required for delivery. We can deliver to most PO Boxes within these states; however, additional charges or longer delivery times may apply.

Please note: Additional charges may apply for deliveries to PO Boxes or for oversized orders (over 100 lbs) requiring freight or special handling.

• PO Boxes: Where available, deliveries may take longer or include extra fees—please review at checkout.

We currently do not ship to:

• Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories

• APO/FPO addresses

• Canada or other international destinations
